pH Control

It is paramount that pH levels are maintained at the correct level for growing healthy grass. Remember, most weeds will struggle and perish in this pH range. By applying the necessary amendments based on the Natrutech lab analysis we will ensure pH is maintained at its optimum level for healthy grass and unhealthy weeds.

The first step in your Natrulawn programme is to dethatch your lawn. Thatch is comprised of undecomposed organic matter such as grass clippings, roots, stolons, crowns and other plant parts. Thatch inhibits water and air as well as fertiliser and compost penetration. Thatch also provides the perfect habitat for pests and disease.

Excess thatch develops when the soil's microbial activity is insufficient to
break the thatch down to a healthy level. Over fertilization and pesticide use contribute to thatch build-up by forcing too much growth and then killing the delicate soil life that breaks it down.

Using the Natrulawn system of lawn care, the need for dethatching is greatly reduced and in most cases no longer necessary.

Hollow tine / Core Aeration

Aeration is a mechanical procedure whereby your Natrulawn specialist will remove plugs of soil 12mm in diameter and around 4” inches deep, which are then left on the surface of the lawn for decomposition.

This process relieves compaction of the soil and controls thatch, encouraging healthy root development by allowing better water, air compost and fertiliser penetration.

EM liquid

EM—liquid culture has numerous uses. It contains food grade pro-biotic that can safely ferment food waste into super nutritious soil, and help to re-establish the complex soil ecologies responsible for delivering nutrients and anti-oxidants to plants.

EM– liquid culture is produced through a natural fermentation process
therefore it is not chemically synthesised or genetically engineered.
EM- liquid is sold as a concentrate and can be added to water.

EM—liquid culture can also be used as a cleaning or hygiene agent and can contribute to a healthy home through its anti-oxidant qualities and its ability to exclude pathogenic bacteria

BLS re-establishes aquarium water condition, increases dissolved oxygen, controls ammonia level as well as algae build up, improve the microbial balance of complex living systems in the water, resulting in healthier, disease resistant fish. It is also an all-natural product, water soluble, non-toxic and non-harmful to human, animal, and the environment. EM Ceramic Beads

This unique treatment utilises ceramic beads, which are impregnated with EM when they were originally made. The result is a clean and chemical free way to treat water to keep pure and free from slime. Just add a handful where you get green, slimy water (ponds, fish tanks). The ceramics are very useful for areas with water running through a pond or lake and can be re used indefinitely. In difficult pond situations treat with BLS.
